The Resident

We will work from your list as well as:

1. Remove all (small) furniture items left
2. Remove all food left in the fridge - no mold please
3. Shampoo the carpet - special pricing

The Owner

We will compete our Move In Check list as well as your requests. Striping, buffing, and waxing floors are extra please go to our Floors page for information.
